Dear Sir/Madam, As per Deposit rule if company give money to other company as a performance guarantee without interest , as its not cover in deposit money than is it attract any other section and if no than there is required to prove that money belong to performance guarantee, if its required to prove than how to prove because there have not any written agreement between party. please reply asap.

Section 75- Damages for fraud.
