X listed company having wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore named "Y". "Y" incorporated another Wholly owned Company in Singapore "Z" . i.e which becomes step down subsidiary to X. Now X wants to make step down subsidiary Z as Direct subsidiary? Is it permitted transaction Under Companies Act? and other Laws. What is the procedure for this transaction.
