for compounding a offence made under section 134, we need to file an application with ROC in GNL-1 , so do we need to file the petition in the same form or it will be filed latter.

For filing an application with ROC- Form GNL 1 • Copy of Board Resolution. • Detailed Application for compounding of offence. • Copy of notice received from ROC or any other competent authority (In case of application is being made in pursuance to notice received from ROC or any other competent authority).
