i have to file petition for registration of charges for charge created on 12/06/2013. CH-8 is prescribed to be filed with Central Govt. However CH-8 is an attachment not an online form. in which form it is to be attached and to whom this form is to be filed ? wat form to be filed with ROC and Regional director.

file CH-1 and go for compounding in form CH-8, it is a form to be filed online.
