Rule 8(3) of the Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules, 2014 provides "to take note of appointment(s) or removal(s) of one level below the Key Management Personnel." Query: who is covered under one level below KMP? Whether it cover- director, executive or non executive, independent director or other person.
