How many nominee can we appoint u/sec 187 of company act 2013 in case of wholly owned subsidiary(Private Ltd.)

Thanks Ankit. Can u please confirm whether we can have more than 2 nominee in case of wholly owned subsidiary.

In case if company hold any shares in the subsidiary in the name of nominee, the limit as per the proviso given of section 187 (1) shall not fall below the statutory limit. In the cited case it shall not fall below 2.
