S Private Limited company is a family Company having 10 family members. The paid up Capital of the Company is Rs. 8/- Crore . Under 2013 Act it is oblilgaory to appoint Company Secretary, . If S Pvt.Ltd. does not want to appoint a Company Secretary as work is not involved to justify the appointment, what is way out.

There is no way out. The appointment is mandatory as per Companies Act, 2013
