A company is increasing share capital. therefore need to alteration of MOA as well file to ROC Form SH-7.My First question is whether we have to required special resolution or ordinary resolution. Second Question is that,at the time of uploading SH-7 we have to need attach "Altered MOA" kindly suggest to us whether we have to need altered complete MOA according Companies Act 2013.

Full Set of Certified True copy of the amended MOA/AOA is required to be submitted along with foot note regarding the date of resolution and details of alterations made.
