Dear Sir What is meaning of Outstanding Loans or Borrowings for the purpose of section 138, 139, 177, 178 and 177 (9) of the companies Act, 2013 ? Whether it include shorter term loan or long term loans from banks or financial institutions or other person(s) including unsecured loans, Deposits etc.

Section 177- Audit committee.
