my company is a pvt. ltd. company and has a paid up capital of rs. 163 crores and wants to appoint a company secretary. what all forms are to be filed with ROC. does a CS to be appointed falls under KMP?

MGT -14 for filing Board Resolution for appointment of CS within 30 days of passing resolution. MR-1 for filing return of appointment of CS within 60 days of his appointment in general meeting Yes, CS falls under KMP
