Internal Auditors in a pvt co : A private co has a CA firm as an internal auditors of last many years. As per Companies, 2013, Internal auditors are not mandatory.Is filing of Form MGT 14 required for continuance of the same Internal audit firm ?

If Board exercised the power to appoint internal auditors then it shall required to file form MGT-14 in pursuant to sec 179 of the Act
