Under CA 2013 Consolidation of financial statement for companies having subsidiaries is mandatory. Please let me know if the accounts of subsidiary companies are to be annexed to the accounts of the holding company and published? Is it sufficient if consolidated financial statements are published and stand alone accounts of each subsidiary need not be printed and published in the Annual Report.
