Please clarify - A company is maintain its accounts stating from 01.01.2014 closing to 31.12.2014. Is company require to file Annual documents to ROC as per the Companies Act, 1956 Form 23AC 23ACA, 20B & 66? OR Is company require to file documents to ROC as per the Companies act, 2013?

As per Companies Act, 1956 as forms under new Act has not been available on MCA
