Do we need to file MGT-14for the board meeting in which we are allotting the shares ?..although we are filing the MGT-14 for EGM in which we are approving the draft offer letter...

MGT-14 shall be filed after obtaining Board's approval for issuing Shares subject to the shareholders resolution and shall also be filed after obtaining shareholders approval in EGM. Further, in pursuant to sec 39 PAS-3 need to be filed if Board meeting called to allot the shares.

Suppose I had called bm on 15.05.2015, in which COmpany had approved the draft offer letter and record the name (to whom the shares to be allotted) and called a General meeting for further approval on Draft Offer Letter and recording of name, General meeting has been called on 12.06.2015 and after that DRaft Offer letter has been issued, one more board is to be called for allotment of shares after receiving of funds on 19.06.2015.... now for EGM I have to file MGT-14, do I need to file MGT-14 for BM dated 19.06.2015 (in which i am allotting the shares).. as per Section 179 (3) (c)- to issue securities we need to file MGT-14. So as per my understanding I have to file MGT-14 for bm dated 19.06.2015..
