A is a private Limited company has lien its fixed deposit with Bank. So that Bank can issue a Bank Guarnatee in favour of B Pvt. Ltd. for this type of transaction whether CHG-1 is required to be filed by A and B private Limited. Please advice

yes, CHG-1 is required to be filled within 30 days of creation
