The provisions of sub-sections (1), (2), (3) and (4) of Section 203 are not applicable to MD, CEO, or Manager and in their absence WTD of the Government Company as per the exemption notification dated 05/06/2015 issued by MCA. Therefore, whether Managing Director of A Ltd ( Govt Co.) which is a subsidiary Company can hold additionally the position of Whole time Director of its holding Company B Ltd ( which is also a Govt Company) ?
