One person is holding the position of Managing Director in three companies for which the specific approval from CG as per Section 316 of the CA 1956 is in force till 2015. Does this approval hold valid as per the current provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013

Section 203- Appointment of key managerial personnel.
