Section 203 prohibits appointment /re-appointmnt of chairperson as MD /CEO unless Articles provides otherwise. If Articles of a Company does not provide appointment of Chairperson as MD / CEO Whether a Company can appoint Chairperson as its MD under this Section after amending its Artiles facilitationg such appointment ?
