Company have appointed Statutory Auditor at previous AGM for 3 Years. For this year whether compny needs to file ADT-1 for appointment of same auditor?

Form ADT-1 shall not be filed for this year as shareholders has just ratified the appointment of Auditors who were appointed in the previous AGM.
