my query is what are the roc compliance of annual filing for private limited companies.give me list of forms which we have to file this year and the due date of them, give me complete detail.

AOC-4, MGT-7, MGT-8(Applicable only if Paid up capital is Rs 10 Crore or more or turnover Rs 50 crore or more), ADT-1(Applicable only if auditors was not appointed for five years in last AGM), AOC-4CFS(Applicable only if Consolidated Balance Sheet required as per Sec 129) These are the compulsory annual filing for a private limited co. to be done on or before 30.11.2015.
