You are requested to advice me, whether form MGT-14 to be filed for increased in authorized Capital (Ordinary Resolution) apart from Filing Form SH-7? If no, how the amended MOA will get registered with Registrar.

The filing of form MGT14, depends upon the language used for share capital in AOA. In case the AOA of teh Company mentioned that the Capital of the Company is as mentioned in Table V of MOA, then there is no need for Form MGT 14 filing, otherwise Form MGT 14 is required to be filed. The Amended MOA need to be filed with form SH-7

Sorry its Section 61 for increasing authorised capital.

No need to file as increasing authorised capital under section 62 doesn't fall under categories of resolutions (Section 117(3)) for which MGT-14 is required to be filed. Only SH-7 will be filed with its attachments under Companies Share Capital and Debentures Rules, 2014

MGT 14 not required to be filed. Please attached the Amended MOA to the SH 7 along with the copy of the EGM minutes.
