Do companyneed to file ADT-1 for ratification of Auditors appointment for 1 year?

At the time of appointment of Auditors for first five years company needs to file the form ADT-1. Afterwards in each AGM company needs to ratify the appointment of the Auditor. For ratification no ADT-1 filing is required.
