A Private Limited Comapy not filled any Resolution during the Year 2014-15 & now the private limited is exempted from the filling of some resolution. So can we file the Resolution for the F Y 2014-15 such as disclosure of director interest & approval of accounts.

Section 117- Resolutions and agreements to be filed.
