In a private company ,if whole time director is designates as KEY MANAGERIAL PERSONNEL, whats is the procedure?

As per sec 2(51) of the companies Act, 2013 KMP apart from others includes whole time director. Statutorily whole time director is already a KMP, no any other procedure should be required to designate/appoint him as KMP.
