pvt ltd company is incorporated on 20th march 2015, my query is for which period annual returns should we file i.e. 20.03.15 to 31.03.15 or 20.03.15 to 31.03.16.

If we type 20.03.15 to 31.03.16 in AOC-4, is it accepting? I had a problem with one Company incorporated in March 2014. But when we entered March 2014 to March 2015, AOC-4 showed error.
