If an employed person is to be appointed as CEO not representing Board in listed Company, whethet the said Company can appoint another person as Managing Director and/ or Joint MD? And whether it is required to appoint the said person as "Manager" under the Co's Act, 2013 to make him CEO

yes, a Company can appoint MD. but after this appointment, as per section 196 (1)- A Company shall not appoint or employ at the same time a Managing Director and a Manager.

yes a company can have both CEO and MD but in case it has appointed a MD then it can't appoint a manager
