Will Transaction between a Private Ltd Company and a Public Limited company where one person is a director in both the company be a Related Party transaction. And if the above mentioned Private Ltd company does a transaction with the subsidiary of the above mentioned Public Limited Company will it amount to a Related Party Transaction. Kindly clarify.

For Public Co, the transaction will be RPT Sec 2(76)(iv). For Private Co, if the Director is also holding along with his relatives more than 2% of the paid up capital of the Public Co, it will attract RPT.
