Should MOA in old format be changed into new format? Is it mandatory?

2.The Memorandum of Association of my company has not been amended as per Section 4(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and is still as per Table B of the Companies Act, 1956.- please advise quoting relevant sections that is it necessary to amend MOA after the New Act or not.

No it is not necessary to change the format but in future if you wish to carry on any activity which is mentioned in other objects , please do transfer the said clause under main objects
