Can we hold shareholders meeting via video conferencing; quorum is physically valid. Dear Sir need valid basis for that if we can hold meeting

on this matter, law is silent, you may conduct live webinar of the shareholder meeting, but it shall not be counted for the purpose of quorum. your quorum should be present physically.
