A Private Limited company has got Overdraft Credit facility from bank and given the following security. 1. Demand promissory note 2. Agreement for pledge book debts 3. Agreement for hypothecation of book debts 4. Mortgage of immovable property in the name of the director. 5. Guarantee by One of the director. On which of the above charge to by registered with the ROC. Is charge required to be registered in the case where the immovable property is in the name of directors and not in the name of company.

Yes charge will be registered, where immovable property is in the name of directors and not in the name of company.
