Whether agenda relating to appointment or reappointment of auditor needs to be taken up in Annual General Meeting?

As per sub sec (2) of sec 102 of the companies Act, 2013, appointment & fixing of remuneration of auditor at AGM shall be deemed to be an ordinary business.Therefore notice calling AGM should contain the appointment or reappointment of Auditor as ordinary business. In my views it shall be the sufficient compliance of the law if the notice calling AGM contains the said matter as ordinary business, no agenda is required to be taken up at AGM regarding appointment or reappointment of Auditors.
