Dear Sir/Madam My client has missed filing Form -IEPF- 6 for the financial year 2016-17. The client wishes to file it now, however I am doubtful that it might go for compounding as 300 days have already passed. Please help me in knowing whether the form can go for compounding or can i just pay the required additional fee and complete necessary process Thanks and Regards
