There are different views as to whether MBP-1 is required to be filed in MGT-14 as MBP-1 is not a mandatory attachment to MGT-14. Please clarify whether MBP-1 is required to be attached in MGT-14 along with the copy of Board Resolution?

Section 117- Resolutions and agreements to be filed.
