EARLIER, A COMPANY HAD TO FILE FOLLOWING FORMS IN ANNUAL FILING I.E. 20B, 23B 23AC 23ACA & 66. NOW, SINCE NO CHANGE HAS BEEN PRESCRIBED IN RESPECT TO ALL THESE FORMS EXCEPT 23B, SHOULD A COMPANY FILE THE SAME AS ANNUAL FILING OR THERE IS SOME OTHER COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS?
