Is there a provision similar to Section 302 of the Companies Act, 1956 in the Companies Act 2013, wherein the abstract of the terms of remuneration of executive directors is to be given.

Yes. It is section190. Under section 302 it was to be circulated to members of the company or Explanatory statement was made part of the abstract under section 302. This has been dispensed with and every company has to maintain at its registered office details of contracts with MD or WTD. But it should be noted that where there is no contract and the resolution is considered as terms of appointment full disclosure should be made in statement to be annexed to notice in terms of section 102 of the CA 2013.
