Can an Authorised Representative appointed to attain the General Meeting, appoint proxy on his behalf?

Yes. Refer section 113(b). Such authorised person acts as a member and he gets all the rights which member has under the act and the articles of association with regard to general meeting. The corresponding section under the old act is 187.
