A company has appointed statutory auditors for the financial year 2013-14 on 15/7/14 due to retirement of previous auditors.The company has to file ADT-1 but there is no clear guideline on MCA-21 how to file the ADT-1.

ADT 1 is to be filled as an attachment to FORM GNL 2.

we completed the ADT 1 form printed the same, scanned and attached the document to GNL2 and along with the resolution and consent letter of auditor we filed GNL 2
