In continuation to my earlier question do we require to file two Form GNL-2 as the form accept only one document (PAS-4 orPAS-5)at a time or it is sufficient to file PAS-5 with PAS-3 form after allotment.

You can file one GNL- 2 and write any one of the above documents in (if others, then specify field) and attach both the documents as attachment by selecting option 1 given in GNL -2 form (as it is for both PAS -4 and PAS- 5).
