As per CLSS 2014 Form 23B Can be filed, however Form 23B is not available on MCA 21 Portal, so can we use old Form 23B or is their any other alternative

But is ADT-1 eligible under the scheme? If no, then we will have to file ADT-1 and GNL-2 with normal additional fees under Companies Act, 2013.

Now we cannot file form 23B with ROC, it has been discontinued after implementation of new companies act, 2013 w.e.f. 1st April, 2014 Now the company has to itself file form ADT-1 & auditors appointment letter as an attachment to form GNL-2
