Has Central Government prescribed any rules under provisions of the section 157, so as to intimation of DIN by a person to the companies in which he/she is holding position as a director? If yes, please indicate the rules and forms applicable. If not, what course of action should be taken in the absence of a form functioning parallel to earlier form DIN-3?

Section 157- Company to inform Director Identification Number to Registrar.
