THEFORMAT OF DECLARATIONS FROM DIRECTORS CORRESPONDING TO SECTIONS TO SECTIONS 299 AND 274(1)(G) ARE SECTIONS 164 AND 184. IS THERE ANY FORMAT SUGGESTED,.UNDER THE RULES I AM NOT ABLE TO FIND ANY DRAFT FORMAT.

Dear Sir, Format under section 184 has been prescribed under Rule XII. The name of the format is MBP 1. Regarding the disclosure under section 164, the rules are silent.
