For 31-March-2014, would director continue to disclose their interest in Form 24AA. Also declaration under section 274(1)(g) from directors would continue.

As far as I understand and as recommended by our Statutory Auditors, Form MBP 1 pursuant to section 184(1) of CA, 2013 and declaration under section 274(1)(g) of CA, 1956 is required to be taken from the Directors.
