The Paid up capital of one of our unlisted Company is less than Rs. 10 Crore, hence as per the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 not required to appoint KMP. But the Company is having Company Secretary and CEO. In that case do we need to designate them KMP. Please clarify.

No there is no need to designate them. They will be treated as KMP as per Section 2 (51)
