A director has resigned on 25th March 2014 when CA 1956 was applicable. The eform for the same is to be filed. Is it sufficient if DIR 12 alone is filed?. Should the resigning director file DIR 11.?

In absence of Form 32 and considering that provisions have came into effect on 1st April 2014, only DIR-12 should be filed
